📦 Processing & Shipping Times

We currently ship Australia-wide from our Tweed Coast-Byron Bay studio. All orders are processed Monday to Friday.

In-stock items:
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

Pre-sale / Pre-order items:
If you’ve purchased a gown on pre-sale, it means you're securing your size before the official launch. These items are currently in production and will ship from [estimated June 2025]. You’ll receive email updates along the way, including a shipping confirmation once your dress is on its way to you.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia) – FREE on all bridal gown orders
    Delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (Australia) – $15 AUD
    Delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped so you can follow its journey.

🌍 International Shipping

We are currently shipping worldwide. We are not liable for customs or duty taxes. If you're located overseas and would like shipping times, feel free to reach out to us at love@sarahjanebyronbridal.com.au —we’d love to help if we can!

We care about the planet and your unboxing moment. Every gown is carefully wrapped and shipped in eco-conscious packaging in a keepsake box (not eco) that’s beautiful and protective.
