All garments listed on SJBB website are in stock unless stated "Pre-Order" :) Ready to ship "off the rack"! Perfect for brides who are getting married soon and don't have time for a "made to order" dress.

Pre-order means the dress is not currently in stock. We are waiting for manufacturing or shipping to us. We aim to restock every 12 weeks. Expected delivery times will be included in the product description. If you are getting married within 4mths please contact us with the details for guidance.

Our garments are Australian standard sizing. We try to design each piece to be forgiving in nature to compliment curves. If you are in-between sizing we would recommend going up one size and getting it custom tailored to your body.

You can purchase a custom bridal garment bag to keep your wedding dress in new condition. Depending where you live in Australia it is our recommendation to regularly check your dress from the Australian climate ie: mould, insects, water damage in your wardrobe.

We recommend hand steaming your dress before wearing it for flattering photography. DO NO IRON. Read care instructions.

We aim for shipping and handling within 7 x business days Australia Wide. You can choose Express post with insurance at checkout.

GST is included in all pricing as per Australian regulations. Custom import fees will be charged to the purchaser, aligns with your country.

We package your garment in poly bags, custom recycled cardboard and shipped in HERO packaging. We try to be eco-friendly when we can. Some plastic is used to maintain quality control for peace of mind.

If you are getting married in less than 1 month please select Express shipping with insurance to ensure speedy delivery. Insert your wedding date and location in your order for our team to fast track your order.

We offer 30 day free returns from the date you ordered. Returns are subject to the wedding gown being in brand new condition, with all swing tags in tact and no makeup/tan or perfume orders. We will give you a store credit to exchange your dress for a different size or product to use within 6 months. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the wedding industry.

You can return the item within 30 days. We offer store credit to use within 6months of your purchase date. Exchange subject to dress being in brand new condition with all swing tags attached and no makeup/tan/perfume marks.

Absolutely! Contact us with photos and/or videos within 30 days of your order for a store credit.
